In the support section of this website you will find help on how to use your Neural Navigator and more. The support section contains a customer forum and a support form where you can ask questions, report issues or request new features, a page with frequently asked questions, a download section for updates of the Neural Navigator software and related material, and your yearly feedback questionnaires.

Please note: only customers who purchased the Neural Navigator can use this support section after logging in, with the credentials they received during purchase. When you think you are entitled to support but do not remember your customer password, you can request a new password at the login link below, or use our contact form to request a new account.
